Thank you for shopping with Dogtastic Toys! Every order is carefully packed and prepared with love from our small UK handmade business.

Processing Times
As many of our products are handmade, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched (although this is often sooner).

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Costs
• Standard UK shipping: £3.50
• Free UK shipping on orders over £50

Delivery Times
Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days depending on Royal Mail delivery times.

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to postal delays outside of our control.

Tracking
Tracked shipping may be used on some orders. If tracking is provided, you will receive the details once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue with the delivery provider.
